Come join the SAU PreVet Club as they embark on their third annual Dog Jog.

About the event
The event will be held on the campus of Spring Arbor University on May 4th at 10:30 a.m. The cost is $20 per person or $10 per SAU student/faculty/staff, and includes a shirt (if before April 18th) and snacks at the end of the event. Dogs are free, but please let us know how many you will be bringing so we know how many treat bags to make. Directions and details on where and how to pick up shirts, etc. will be emailed to you after you complete this form. You will also be required to sign a waiver for you and your dog (if you are bringing one) at the registration table the morning of the event before being able to participate. The due date to be guaranteed a shirt is April 18th, but you can still sign up until the day of the event. **** You will not be able to participate in the event until you have paid and signed the waiver. ****
If signing up before April 18th, please send a check or cash to the following address with a note that it is for the Pre-Vet Club Dog Jog and the name of the person who filled out the google form so that we know who has paid.
